What is Fasudil Hydrochloride?
Fasudil hydrochloride, a novel calcium antagonistic vasodilator, was marketed for the treatment of cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Fasudil is also a potent inhibitor of myosin light chain kinase and protein kinase C. Function of Fasudil Hydrochloride
