Function of Lead Acetate Trihydrate
Lead acetate trihydrate is a colourless crystalline, white granule or powder that is deliquescent. It is soluble in water and has a sweet odour. Lead acetate trihydrate is used in the manufacture of various lead salts, pigments, dyes, lead plating, catalysts for the manufacture of polyester, waterproof paints, desiccants, insecticides and medicines.
Application of Lead Acetate Trihydrate
White crystalline or flaky powder, industrial products are often brown or grey chunks. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, soluble in glycerol.
Uses Used as pigment, stabilizer and catalyst, etc. The product can be used to produce a variety of lead salts, anti-fouling paints, water quality protection agents, pigment fillers, paint desiccant, fibre dyeing agent, solvent for heavy metal cyanidation process.
