What is Micronomicin  ? The antibacterial spectrum is similar to gentamicin, and the cross-resistance with other aminoglycosides is lighter. This enzyme can inactivate kanamycin, amikacin, ribomycin, gentamicin, etc. Therefore, the product is effective against resistant bacteria that produce the enzyme.
