What is Biuret ?
Biuret is a kind of organic matter, chemical formula is C2H5N3O2, white long flake crystal, odorless, hygroscopic. Water crystallization contains 4 molecules of crystal water, water loss at about 110ºC, decomposition at 193ºC, when the temperature is higher into melamine. Soluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in ether. |
Function of Biuret
