What is Tianeptine Ethyl (TEE)? Tianeptine Ethyl Ester sulfate cas 66981-77-9 is a salt of Tianeptin. Tianeptin, a tricyclic compound, is a selective facilitator of 5-HT (serotonin; sc-201146) uptake in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, tianeptin sodium Tianeptine is reported to act as a selective inhibitor of dopamine uptake . Tianeptin does not have a noted effect on monoamine tianeptine sodiumuptake. In a study utilizing purified synaptosomes from rat brain, Tianeptin was reported to enhance serotonin uptake in selective brain regions. Purified synaptosomes were obtained from rats and incubated with tritium-labeled 5-HT and Tianeptin66981-77-9 in vitro . The synaptosomes were then analyzed for uptake and release of 5-HT via a liquid scintillation.

 

Function of Tianeptine Ethyl (TEE)

1.Tianeptine sodium salt hydrate has been used as a selective serotonin reuptake enhancer (SSRE) positive control during serotonin transporter (SERT) assay in human embryonic kidney 293 cell lines. 
2.Tricyclic compound with psychostimulant, anti-ulcer and anti-emetic properties. 
3.Tianeptine (INN) (Stablon,Coaxil, Tatinol) is a selective serotonin reuptake enhancer (SSRE) drug used for treating major depressive episodes (mild,moderate, or severe). 

Application of Tianeptine Ethyl (TEE)

Tianeptine Sulfate is antidepressant. The animal has: the hippocampus pyramidal cells increased spontaneous activity, and accelerating its function was inhibited after recovery; increase in cortical and hippocampal neurons at sites of 5- serotonin reuptake. Tianeptine without following adverse effects: sleep and alertness; cardiovascular system; cholinergic system ( without anticholinergic symptoms ); drug craving.
Tianeptine Sulfate not only a good antidepressant effect and adverse reactions was significantly less than conventional antidepressant tricyclic drugs, almost no adverse effect on the cardiovascular system, blood , liver and kidney functions were not hurt, nor do I have a calming effect.
