What is Deoxycholic acid?
Deoxycholic acid, which is a secondary bile acid and the metabolite of intestinal bacteria, provides a nonsurgical treatment to significantly reduce submental fat in adults via injection directly into moderate-to-severe fatty tissue below the neck. When injected into fatty tissue, deoxycholic acid helps destroy fat cells.

Function of Deoxycholic acid
Deoxycholic acid can be used to treat and improve moderate to severe bulging or fullness of submental fat (double chin) in adults. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, trioxymethane, ace tone, glacial acetic acid, soluble in alkali hydroxide and carbonate solution. It is derived from a kind of cholanic acid extracted from porcine bile.
Application of Deoxycholic acid
Deoxycholic acid can be used to treat and improve bulging or fullness of subchin fat (double chin) in adults with moderate to severe chin.
